About the Camp
The PA Rush x Relentless Athletics Strength, Speed & Resiliency Camp is a structured, coach-led training program designed specifically for female soccer athletes — built on the same science-based principles we use with every athlete at Relentless Athletics.
Soccer demands explosive acceleration, rapid deceleration, and resilient joints. We build the physical foundation that makes your daughter faster on the field, more powerful in 50/50 challenges, and — most importantly — protected against the injuries that sideline female athletes at alarming rates.
Research shows that female soccer players who incorporate structured strength training have significantly lower ACL and overuse injury rates. In 4 weeks, your daughter will train like a complete athlete — and build the body that protects her season after season.

Age-appropriate resistance training to build a strong, injury-resistant foundation. We teach proper mechanics before we ever add load — because technique is everything.
Acceleration, deceleration, and first-step quickness drills that translate directly to the soccer field — breakaway runs, defensive recovery, and winning 1v1s.
Female soccer players face significantly higher ACL and overuse injury risk. The most effective intervention? Strength & neuromuscular training — started early.

No experience needed. We start from the ground up in a welcoming, all-girls environment where every athlete is encouraged to go at her own pace.

Not at all. This camp welcomes complete beginners and experienced athletes alike. We teach foundational movement patterns from the ground up — no prior gym experience needed.
Athletic clothes, sneakers, and a water bottle. We'll handle everything else. No cleats needed.

Afternoon: Tue/Thu 1–2PM (June 16 – July 9). Evening: Wed/Thu 5–6PM (June 18 – July 10). Both cover the same curriculum for 4 weeks.

Founded in 2015, Relentless Athletics is a female-only strength & conditioning facility built for adolescent and young female athletes. Every program is science-based and individualized, delivered in small groups (6:1 ratio) by our all-female coaching staff.
Built on the research of founder Emily Neff, Ph.D. in Kinesiology — whose work focused on ACL injury reduction, Olympic Weightlifting, and performance in adolescent female athletes — every program here is rooted in science, not guesswork. This isn't just a gym. It's a community.
